Everything about visiting the sauna
Before the sauna
Reservation
Reserve the sauna online and select your preferred date and time. We recommend that you plan at least two hours for a relaxing sauna experience. You will receive your access code by email before your booking begins. Please check here whether a booking has been made before you. If no one has booked before you, you will have to light the fire yourself. Fill the oven with 4-5 logs right at the start, then it will take around 45 minutes until it is hot enough. You are welcome to come 45-60 minutes before the appointment and light the fire. You will not be charged for this time. Before heating up for the first time, empty the ash box under the fire pit! The ash bucket is outside.
Bring along
Don't forget to bring two towels, swimwear, flip-flops and drinks. Please come already showered.

The keys are in the key box on the back of the sauna car on the left (code in the confirmation email). The key box also contains keys for the toilet. The toilet is in the white container behind the sauna.
During the sauna
Locker room
You can change and store your personal belongings in the sauna anteroom. You can store your clothes and shoes in the box outside. Important: Do not leave anything lying around in the sauna while you are in the sauna (no plastic items).
Temperature
Our sauna is heated with a wood stove and has a constant temperature of between 80 and 90 degrees. You can regulate the humidity yourself by pouring water onto the sauna stones. Please remember to always put a cloth underneath to protect the wood from sweat. Important: Always close the door of the stove.
Infusion water
You can take the water for the infusions directly from the Aare. Make sure that there are no natural materials such as leaves or wood in the water. We thank you for filling the infusion bucket for the next guests. Important: Leave the infusion bucket at the bottom and do not place it up next to the oven.
